Complete this booking form to get your picnic planning started. Choose the number of guests, add-ons, theme, date, time, and location for your picnic.

  • Upon completion, we will send a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.  

 

  • After everything is planned, we will send a final invoice to secure your picnic date.

 

Note:3% credit/debit card transaction fee will be added to your final invoice.

What to expect the day of your picnic:

​

  • Make your way to your picnic location. Your picnic tech will text a pin drop 15-30 minutes before your picnic starts.

​

  • Your picnic tech will leave during and return at the end of your reservation to send you on your way.

​

If you would like a picnic set up for a specific date, please book as soon as possible. Weekend dates book up quickly, try to submit at least 1 week in advance to have a better chance of getting your requested time.
