Who Are We?
Just Go Out was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 2021. Created with intentions of bringing people together by taking the stress away of organizing a special occasion for your loved ones. Simply show up and enjoy the top-quality service we have to offer.​

What are your COVID standards? 

Very serious. All members of our staff are fully vaccinated. We are following the latest Reopening Guidelines released by maryland.gov. We wear gloves when handling all items and all dishes, silverware, decor, etc. Items are cleaned and disinfected after each event. A clean picnic is a safe picnic.

How does this work?
We set up your outing of choice and have it ready upon arrival. We return to pack and clean everything up for you and we make sure that you had a wonderful experience. Food and beverage can be purchased through us or brought.


How do I book my outing?
Fill out the website booking form, DM, or email us and we will schedule a date and time together. Full payment is required to confirm booking. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.

**Booking is not secured until deposit is received. Outing is not confirmed until your invoice is paid in full, 72 hours after receiving final invoice.


When should I book my reservation?
If you want the outing for a special event or special date, please book as soon as possible.  Weekend dates book up quickly so, please book at least 2 weeks in advance. We always try our best to schedule you, but sometimes it might not be possible. The earlier you book your outing the better chance you have to get your requested time. 


Can you set up an outing anywhere?
We provide a list of all parks available; we can also at your home (the items must remain at the home where they were delivered). For any location that you are unsure of please feel free to email or call us! Keep in mind, we mainly service the Baltimore area, and for anything more than 25 miles from the 21211 zip code, we charge additional fees.


Can we book an all-day picnic?

Our picnics start at 2 hours and additional time can be provided at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss details.


How many people can you accommodate if we want to do a group outing?
Currently, we can accommodate groups of up to 24 people.


What is the latest time you book outings in the day?
2 hours before sunset and all picnics end 15 min before sunset. If you wish to extend your picnic later into the night, please let us know in advance because some parks close at sunset. We need to plan for lighting, and a safe location.


What if I show up late or need to leave early?
Communication is key, we allow up to 10 minutes, but we kindly ask to let us know if you foresee your timing changing. We currently host multiple picnics a day and have a tight schedule. If you are 30 minutes or later for your picnic it goes into the time of your reservation. Additional time at the end of your picnic may be possible for $30.


Can I bring my own food?
Yes, of course you can! We also offer a variety of snack options as well! 2-tier dessert tower, charcuterie board, and pastries plus non- alcoholic drinks.


Is alcohol provided?
We do not provide alcohol and will not be held responsible for those who bring alcohol to the event. Maryland Public Parks do not permit alcoholic beverages. If you decide to bring your own alcoholic beverage, we are not responsible for any fines/tickets issued to you.


Do I need to clean up after the outing?
No, please do not! All you have to do is show up and Outing and Chill! Leave the rest to us after your outing ends.


Can we leave whenever we want?
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the items until we are able to return and pack them up.


What if something gets damaged or stained?
We charge a replacement fee of up to $55 (or up to half the value of the item when purchased) depending on the value of the item damaged.


What if the weather affects my picnic?
If bad weather is expected, do not panic! Due to unforeseen weather-related circumstances, you may reschedule within 3 months following the cancellation date. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.


What is the cancellation/rescheduling

policy?

We understand that life happens! Notify us 5 days in advance for a refund (except a $50 non-refundable deposit) if you need to reschedule or cancel your outing. Less than 5 days of notification will result in %50 of the total outing package cost. After you sign our contract and pay half of the picnic, we can reschedule you for a future date, but we do not give refunds. Please let us know as soon as possible if your date no longer works, so we can give the opportunity to someone else.
